Elimination of Japanese Food Import Restrictions by Bahrain

【Notice from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries】

Following the accident at the Tokyo Electric Power Company Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, a radioactive substance inspection certificate or exporter certificate have been required for all Japanese foods exported to Bahrain, but this is to inform you that the Bahrain government has posted on its official gazette website that these restrictions have all been lifted as of March 22.

The regulations of other countries, including those with eased regulations, are posted on the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries website.
