On August 11th, 2016, JRE conducted a booth at the “Food Expo 2016” sampling of Japanese food, sake, and rice confectionery made from rice, sea products, and processed sea products from Japan. In addition, lectures were held by the head of the Japan Seafood Export Promotion Association and JRE, as well as a cooking demonstration and sampling seminar by a Japanese chef and sake samurai on Japanese sea products, processed sea products, rice, and rice cracker.
